Exchanges and Returns
The Lepaju team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
- The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) affixed, manuals and all accompanying accessories.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
